I am so excited to host a sewing night/sewing class for all my local (around the Goodfield, IL area) friends interested! You will be learning how to make this fun bow tote. You will take home your tote along with the pattern to make lots more for the future! It is very basic and simple designed for the beginner sewer, but still highly functional! Whether you hardly have ever touched a sewing machine, to sewing frequently, this night will be fun for all!
-3/4 yard exterior fabric (preferably a heavier weight fabric like canvas, duck, or twill)
-1/2 yard coordinating interior fabric (a lighter weight fabric like quilting cotton works great)
-1/4 yard coordinating for appliquéd piece on front.
-1/4 yard coordinating fabric for bows. (If you wanted to use the lining fabric for your bow, you will not need this additional 1/4 yard.)
-(Optional)-Fusible Fleece Interfacing if you are using a lighter weight fabric for exterior, or you just want extra support for your tote.
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org by July 18th to sign up and for my address/directions or if you have any questions!!
I hope to see you there, it will be fun!
